Our Help Desk support is based at Printech Head Office in Prestons, NSW. It operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Systems are designed to accept service requests by email, phone or our website. Printech Help Desk also provides a ‘How-to’ service for all functionality-related questions and discussions, designed to help customers get the most out of their equipment.
