  1. WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
    • When you receive an item from our online store and that product happens to be faulty or damaged at time of delivery, then we will be able to replace it with a new item.
    • If you happen to have a change of mind regarding a purchase from our online store and wanting to cancel your order, then we will be able to reimburse the full amount only if the item has not been dispatched. However, if you are wanting to cancel your purchase order after the item has been dispatched, then we will not be able to offer you a refund or a reimbursement of any sort.
    • All items on our online store happen to be under a Vendor Warranty Policy, meaning that if a item delivered to you from our online shop fails to function or does not seem to be performing, then you are authorized to contact the sole manufacturer of the product as Printech Solutions is not liable for any insufficient and malfunctioning of a product or item purchased from our store. If you are needing more information and assistance, then please contact us and we will be able to assess your situation and provide support in all the areas that we are capable of offering.

  2. DELIVERY PROCEDURES
    • Once you have purchased an item from our online store, we will be sure to have it delivered to you within 3-4 business days.
    • We will send you your purchased items through our very own, Printech Delivery Support Team. If you have purchased an item from our store and you are not located within the Sydney metro region area, then you will receive your item through a external third-party postal service.
  3. INSTALLATION
    • If you choose to include an installation with your purchase order from our online store, then you will be charged a $50.00 installation fee in order for our Technician Support Team to install your machine system.
